Yeah, I live in Cary, but I only EVER take my car to On-Site in Raleigh. I love this shop. I love that when I call, Alayna knows it is me and is genuinely happy to help. I love that when I bring my car in for simple stuff, they take care of it and it's easy. I love that when I have an automotive mystery (and yeah, I've had a few) they are excited to figure it out. Three times a truck they have serviced has come to my shop complaining that it is leaking transmission fluid. Three times it has been overfilled, three times on site automotive just serviced the vehicle. We correct the fluid level and don’t see the vehicle for 5000 miles then onsite services the vehicle and guess what its back blowing fluid out of the vent because onsite overfilled it again. Please don’t use these people
On-Site Automotive is the best! They are always honest and provide a top notch service. I trust they will always do what's best for me and my car. & I love that they are always so kind!
I spent a lot of time there today, getting my solenoid replaced. I got a lot of work done in the waiting room. Comfy seats and couches. Coffee, etc. Super friendly front end staff. Honest workers. None of the "making women feel small" at this shop! Very good experience.

Some of the best people around! I've been going to them for years and have sent all my family there and they love them! The customer service is phenomenal and its always nice leaving a repair shop without feeling like you got screwed. Every time I go to On-Site Automotive, they continually try and save me money and do things as efficiently as possible. Their repair time is great and they are always prompt. Couldn't recommend them more!!
On Site Automotive continues to give great service and always has honest work! This is the only repair shop my family goes to! They treat you like family and get you in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible
