I am very disappointed with my experience with this restoration company following a flood. From the beginning, communication was poor and inconsistent. I repeatedly asked for moving boxes because I had been told they would provide them so I could pack my belongings myself. Despite multiple requests, the boxes never arrived. Then, without warning, the crew showed up expecting to pack everything. Absolutely brutal management... I worked for on side and the number 1 complaint by clients was a huge lack of communication on management's part and projects being prolonged way longer than need be and it all stemmed from the kamloops branch manager. This person who I will not name, has no business running a business. I should have listened to all their employees who warned me about it along with the countless horrible reviews and client complaints when I started there and just stayed away...like you should.
