The loan officer I started out with ended up going to another company because of the activity associated with this branch. A numerous amount of clients have been misinformed, misrepresented, and mislead in many financial transactions including my clients. We closed our refi in December of 2017. Less than a month later, our load was "transferred" to another lender. I understand this happens, however, when asking the branch manager (Jessie Hoffman) and his assistant about this via email (Victor Alarcon) about it, they both replied as if they had no idea what was going on.
