Took my second class tonight!!!! I love it!!!! I have to laugh at myself....a lot.....lots of giggling going on from me.....�. I'm new to this...and it shows...but I'm determined to learn and conquer my giggles and honestly fear/nervousness that I feel balancing on the surf board!!!!!!!! Can't wait until next Wednesday!!!!!!! �

Great people, great support, and always an excellent work out. The studio is clean and welcoming.
I love this place! They aren't going to be able to get rid of me! I leave every class feeling like I've gotten a great workout.
