Such a great workout! So fun, so much sweat! Spin instructor Lyndsay pumped us up in a fast-paced dance party of a workout, and challenged us to do our personal best! �. Loved riding next to the nice ladies in the class!
Took my first barre class yesterday with Amanda and I'm hooked! The studio is beautiful and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Due to an injury I have, I had to ask for a modification and Amanda was quickly able to offer a different move instead. It was a very intense workout and I got my butt kicked (in a good way)! Very happy to have a wonderful studio here in Rancho. Can't wait to return!
Great workout and excellent instructors! I can't wait for the bikes to get in!
