Their new location is clean, well organized and the staff are tremendously friendly. Prices are a touch high, but you do get great service.
We usually go to the Surfside location, however when I called there (Surfside) today after noticing my dog was getting low on his medicine I was told the soonest appointment was 2 weeks out. I would have to bring him in as a “walk in” which is a $90 fee. I decided to call the Murrells Inlet location to see if they had a sooner appointment available. The staff I encountered today were kind and compassionate towards me and my dog, Bo. We had waited an hour and a half at the office in Surfside. Thankfully a vet tech recommended that we go to the Murrells Inlet office to be seen quicker. Bo was seen within 10 minutes of getting there. The Vet tech was compassionate and professional.
