One of the worst experiences my dog and I have been through. Had my 6 month old puppy fixed, and carried the dog multiple times to get her wound stitched back up due to the vet doing it incorrectly 3 times in the matter of a week. DO NOT GO TO THIS ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!!
This pet hospital is the best I love the doctor 👩⚕️ she saved my Guinea pig her name is Dr Amanda J Hughes 😘😘😘thank u again also the staffs was all so great and wounderly nice😘

I cannot say enough good things about the staff and this facility, and I think we interacted with just about everyone over the course of 3 weeks that they treated our cat Axl. Everybody was kind and so paitent. Not very many vets in the area are rabbit savvy, or know how to treat the very fragile and often complex issues rabbits can have. When one of our little bunnies came down with a life threatening emergency, and our normal vet was not available, I panicked. We recently changed Vets and picked On Point when our beagle was limping. We saw Dr. Hughes and she was very through, kind and compassionate! We had emergency about a week and half after our visit and they squeezed us in and Dr. Hughes reassured us and made us feel better and comfortable and that our baby was ok- we love OnPoint and will be going back with all of Dogs!
On Point Was amazing!!! We live in York, SC (we were at our vacation home) and our furry baby, Remy, got really sick. They were very thorough and was able to quickly diagnose our precious Remy. We will forever be grateful for the prompt care he received. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Thank you so much from the Jackson clan!
Very good experience. My dog needed to be seen that day. They were very accommodating. The staff is amazing. Dr Hughes is great. The new office is so comfortable and spacious. I definitely have found a new vet that I want to stay with.
