Excellent service from initial inquiry advice on what unit to fit together with positioning scheduling and then fitting of the unit testing of the unit. All the guys were very clean tidy certainly would have no concerns of our recommending them.
Very pleased with the service the technician provided.
Called this morning. AC was out. On-Point showed up at 11am, fixed the problem. AC is working and wife is happy. Stayed in touch the entire time to alert me of arrival, problem, cost and finish time as well as educating me on my system and the life expectancy. Great company. Great service. Great communication. I'd recommend On-Point to everyone. If you have AC in Florida you need a company like On-Point. Anthony, Matt, Bobby and the rest of the team are PROS. Thanks.
