Dr. Sun Kim is a wonderful therapist. She goes above and beyond normal therapy, acting as an excellent life coach and a very caring listener. When I first met her, I was completely broken, dealing with a job loss and feeling totally overwhelmed by so many things. I am 65 years old and I have been battling mental illness since I was a little girl. In my day they didn't accept mental illness. Now we are aware of it and that we are all not crazy in our head and need to be in an institution. Kim Sun is the finest I have ever experienced. She listens and that's a big deal. I came to Dr. Kim in a very difficult time of my life. I've always been quite apprehensive with mental heath providers, and never in my life have I ended a patient provider relationship in a positive way. I am moving away from Georgia, and am unable to continue meeting with Dr. Kim. She has genuinely been a life send. In the middle of meeting with her, my therapist ended up going on medical leave.
