Thank you for great work installing my new air conditioner! My place is perfectly cool. I appreciated flat fee not to worry about hourly. Everything was done by the team to perfection. Great at explaining to what needed to be done. I highly recommend On Hand Mechanical.
Needed help getting my furnace working and On Hand Mechanical showed up quick and got it working even quicker. Also had them install a tankless water heater and the results were just as good. Quality work and quick turnaround. Everything you could want.
What a wonderful experience. I called and talked to Chevez Bates for a new force air. He is professional and pursuer the job. He clearly explained all our concern, and worked very hard to complete the new furnace within a timely manner, and clean up then. He concern his customers are number one, friendly, and his price offers reasonable. He will be on our list contact for HVAC and plumbing. I am very high recommend his service. I called Monday …. With a broken AC and 2 young children after a week of tempatures reaching upper 90’s …. I wanted to set up an appointment for Friday “when I get paid!” When the dispatcher and Chevez heard I had children,they offered me an option to come that day … and let me pay Friday …. They came and assessed it,and came back the next day like they promised “11pm at night … after working all day!” Very professional… I did my research … I wasn’t overcharged!!!
