Been going to This restaurant every time we want to celebrate something special. Father’s Breakfast buffet was the worse yet. Bacon was soaking on the bottom of the pan with an inch of grease. Shrimp is small and over cooked and hard, not tasty at all. Salmon was ok. Every else is unappetizing. Waitress will not offer to tell you that your $35/ person includes a drink. My appetizer (fried pickles) was good and my husband's burger was tasty, but my Country Fried Steak was so rare it was still oozing bloody juice. Not exactly how Mama's looked growing up. My Mac and cheese tasted so burnt and like the tiny black iron skillet it came in. Almost inedible. I wanted to like this place, but I was so disappointed.
Stop in once and try out this hidden gem and you'll be a back again in a day or two. GREAT food, at reasonable prices in an unpretentious, laid-back atmosphere. Executive chef Brannon Florie is the man! Try the shrimp and grits (the best!); try the braised short ribs (and try not to make "mmmm" sounds while you eat it!); try it all. It's all awesome. On 41 is just awesome….everything is fresh and delicious. If you can’t stop by for dinner…visit for brunch and get the duck hash or truffle fries for happy hour..... yummmO!!

Food and service were great. I recommend the Bloody Mary, truffle fries, and duck hash. My wife enjoyed shrimp grits also.
