I think I say “Thank Goodness for Tiffany” atleast once a week. She’s absolutely amazing and equips you with the tools to navigate through the things you are experiencing, no matter what they are. I’m definitely a calmer, more patient person because of my work with her. 10/10, definitely recommend!
Tiffany is very encouraging, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I truly enjoyed every session with her and was sad to switch therapists due to me moving. I would highly recommend her!

I felt very comfortable with Tiffany! She challenged met thinking while always validating my identity, emotions and feelings. She had flexible availability and a welcoming and authentic spirit. I grew immensely working with her.
I was quite nervous about doing couples therapy, but Tiffany is great at helping you feel at ease and helping you open up and communicate effectively with your partner. She gave my wife and I tools that we continue to utilize, and we are now in the best place we have ever been in our 20 year marriage. Thank you, Tiffany!
