My air conditioning went out on a Friday night. I called several HVAC companies the following Saturday and Matt at On Call Property Maintenance was the only one who told me he could come out on the same day to see what was going on. The fan motor ended up needing replaced on my ac unit and he came back on Sunday afternoon to install it. He quoted me a very good price especially considering he was doing all this during the weekend. I will definitely call Matt at On Call Property Management if I need help again. Thank you!
I called so many people. Everyone was so vague about price and nobody could come today. Matt said he didn’t charge anything to check it out and would give me a set price before he did any repair and once repaired I would pay that price and nothing more. It was low on Freon 145 bucks and its blowing ice cold. Thanks Matt
