The gentleman that came to service what I thought was a plumbing leak was awesome. After he identified the moisture was not plumbing related, but actually an HVAC issue he called and set up an HVAC appointment for me with one of their technicians. Service was above and beyond what was expected which has created a lifelong customer.

We initially went through our home warranty company to find someone to service our struggling HVAC unit. The company they set us up with said they would be out around 10:30 am... no one ever showed up or even called to reschedule. I gave them a couple days to call to reschedule, and still nothing. I called On Call because my regular plumber was too booked up to come. I was very upset because my toilet overflowed and flooded my home. Scott came out quickly and took care of the problem. He was professional, friendly and did excellent work. The price was also reasonable. I was very pleased with On Call.

I just want to say thanks to Harold and the techs at On Call for their professionalism, timeliness and excellent work! We have used On Call twice and have been extremely pleased with their work. I would highly recommend this company.
