Dave did an amazing job. He was able to come out the next day for a last minute inspection, and was extremely thorough. He took the time while doing the inspection to make sure we inderstund everything he was putting in the report. 100% would recommend him to anyone purchasing a new home.
I would highly recommend On Call Home Inspections! We were able to schedule an inspection within 2 days of calling and Dave quickly proved himself not only extremely thorough and knowledgable, but super nice and helpful. He spent several hours doing a very detailed inspection of the house we were buying and took additional time to walk us through each thing he had found and give suggestions for future updates/changes. Dave is the best home inspector I've ever worked with! He is extremely thorough; taking hours instead of a quick look-over like some inspectors. His reports are very in-depth. Dave saved me from buying a disastrous house with extreme damage that the bank tried hiding - everything looked great and without Dave's attention to detail, I would likely be in debt right now trying to fix a continuous problem. I am extremely grateful. Not to mention that he is also a great person! You won't regret working with him.
