You only get what you pay for. You should see this resterant. They have the best tasting sandwitches in media. They serve a full plate of food, and they let you carry your food to the table of your chooce. They really have plenty of seats and a few tables outside. This is one you just have to try, if you are in town. It is expensive, but well worth the money. PROS: Full plate of food, and plenty of menu choices. CONS: Expensive, but worth the money.
Great Sandwich Shop On A Roll just moved across the street from their original location and it seems to have made a difference. They specialize in awesome sandwiches made just the way you like them. Choose from many different types of breads and condiments and the meat assortment is large. Go here in the winter to get some great tasting soup. Hits the spot on a very cold day. PROS: Great Sandwiches, Great Soup CONS: Parking
On A Roll is 2009 Best of Philadelphia Eaten here several times and always enjoyed the quality and amount of food. A favorite of jurors who are on lunch break. Latest Philadelphia magazine gave them 2009 Best Hoagie in Philadelphia award.

Picked up takeout from On a Roll tonight only to discover their new Wed - Sunday dinner concept called Sopra. I got to see the inviting dining space they had upstairs and it looks great. The owner also told me they have homemade desserts and are byob. My takeout was delicious! Can’t wait to have dinner there soon!
