Got an estimate May 18th, nice guy came out and talked about my trees and options; saw I had a fence and talked about needing to remove it to reach the back tree with their equipment and asked if the fence could be removed, I said sure. After accepting the offer they gave me a date they would come out and remove them. Well my date got pushed back not once… not twice… but THREE TIMES (for apparently 2 months worth of heat advisories). Never showed up for estimate....or did and didn't bother texting or emailing as I am Hard of Hearing. Then claimed tree was hard to get to. Huge open yard, literally no buildings around it at all.... avoid this company

On a Limb Tree Care is a big, fat NO from me. I had an appointment for an estimate to trim 3 maples. Travis arrived today without a mask. There is a pandemic and I'm an at-risk senior, so I donned a mask and offered him a fresh N95 mask. He said, "No. I'm not gonna wear a mask outside." So, that was the end of that. Way to care about your customers, Travis. He turned down about $1200 to make that statement. What a foolish little boy.
Amazing tree service. We had three trees removed. They climbed the trees to remove branches, then dropped the trunks right where they intended. Branches and smaller trunk pieces were chipped and removed along with larger trunks. We opted to have only one stump ground. The lawn was cleaned of all tree debris afterward.
We highly recommend On a Limb! We had an emergency. A tree in our front yard hanging over wires. They were professional, knowledgeable and confident! Which really helped our stress level. The job was done so quick and great! Did a great job at clean up and were very affordable! Will use them again and reccomended them without hesitation! Thank you!!
Very professional and Travis is delightful to deal with. Had large silver maple removed from backyard. Totally removed and totally cleaned up after. Recommend them very highly
