I definitely recommend OPMT Shelby Township and my physical therapist, Jason, to anyone who needs physical therapy to recover from an injury, improve range of motion and strength, and reduce/eliminate pain. Dear Diary, I've been going to OMPT specialists for months and they have not only helped me recovery from my knee surgery but have had me laughing and pushing thru the pain. They really care about the people they treat. Nadia and Lauren were awesome!
I've been to many, many different places, this is by far the best. The therapists are great and everyone cares about you. I felt like they were treating all of me as a whole person, not just a body part.
This is my first time going to physical therapy but, I hope all other places hold themselves to the same standard that OMPT does and couldn't imagine going to any other place.
My husband & I both went to OMPT. It was highly recommended by our family physician & my orthopedic doctor. The therapists are well trained, attentive, kind & sensitive to your pain. I would highly recommend OMPT to anyone.

I've been going to OMPT for a couple months. I have had physical therapy two other times by different therapists. So, I didn't expect much. What a big difference! Jill, my physical therapist, is great. She knew and found where my physical problems are. Her hands-on approach gave me back confidence in physical therapy.
