I have had my boat at Omni storage for 4 years and every year something has happened to my boat. Today was the last straw, scratches all down the right side of my boat to the point it has to be repainted. I had complained to Houston and he wanted me to believe that these things were my fault. I moved out today after having conversation with Houston and he had a nasty attitude and said he didn’t want my Fxxxing business and didn’t want me there. The gate hours aren't that convenient and they don't pro-rate when you move out. They didn't bother to tell me this so I lost a full month's rent.
