Highly recommend this gym if you’re ever in Little Rock! The community is really welcoming and laid back, everyone is super nice and made me feel extremely welcomed and included even though I was only there for a short time for work. I’ve dropped in a lot of places to workout over the past nine years. This has to be one of the best communities I’ve met. From the ownership to the members they have treated me like they’ve known me forever. The coaching is great the WODs are challenging. I’ll be back when I am in Little Roxk again.
Fantastic experience. I dropped in while traveling to do an Open workout, and Kelley could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. She took the time to personally judge my workout while the rest of the class cheered me on. What a warm and friendly group. I'll definitely be back if I ever travel through Little Rock again.
