Omnis CrossFit North is the most welcoming and kind CrossFit gym that I've ever been a part of. The owner, Kelley, is genuinely cares about her members. She checks in on you when you've been absent, she pushes you during workouts, she instructs you on your movements, she truly runs a well-oiled machine. The coaches are all so great, as are the members. I cannot recommend this gym enough!
