Very unprofessional broker to work with as a seller. My house was just listed for a couple days and OmniNuvo’s agents buyer refused to pay the earnest deposit regardless that the offer was accepted on both sides. The brokerage was trying to strong arm me as a seller to pay more in sellers concessions regardless that we already had a signed offer executed. This agent is so bad he is still holding open house on a property that is under contact. Knowingly holding open houses when it’s under contact and is continuing to do so. I don’t agree with this and find it wrong. The home is under contact no more open houses should be done. I can’t believe an agent would do this to a family. Please take the open houses down and let the contact finish as it is underway. This is wrong to do to any family seller or buyer. Please reconsider your plan of any open houses on a house under contact.

I have to agree with the other negative reviews here. Don’t even try to come back with a reply Rich because I worked for you for 6 months without getting paid. You hire people and use them until you can’t. Then you hire unsuspecting people who need a job and replace them when they catch on to your ways. Rich Giddings was just outstanding helping me find a good value house. On top of that I got a Check for $1500. at closing which I found amazing. Nothing was ever a problem he answered every question he called me back whenever I called him and I don't think you could find a better real estate agent anywhere.
