I was told by Brandi Stubbs that I was not going to be rented to and that my deposit of $1215 was not going to be returned to me. While I understand that your agency reserved the right to not rent to me I do not feel you have the right to keep my security deposit. I'm a current tenant & Ominikey are trying to evict us for not paying for a window part that they paid for that not installed..in fact we have already paid & fix the window ourselves...So they're charging us $941 saying that this the cost for the window not the rent...We never been late paying our rent since we moved in but after we paid our rent this month of $1500 they're still trying to evict us for the window part which is not apart of the lease agreement!!!Ridiculous!!!

would like to know why I am receiving an email for a lockout charge of $100 today (10/25/2021). The only notice I received from Omni key Realty was that someone was going to do a walkthrough of my house on 10/06/2021. On that day, I left my deadbolt open before leaving the house at 7:30am. The deadbolt stayed unlocked until we went to bed at 10pm. Can someone let me know what the charge is for? Just awful. Very unresponsive to calls and emails. It took 3 months and our water getting turned off for them to get the service officially transferred to us. We had to wait 3 weeks past our move in date for them to get the certificate of occupancy so the electricity could be turned on. Previous tenants left stuff behind and Omnikey only removed it a week after we had moved in after multiple requests. Omnikey has avoided my calls and refused to return my deposit. I recieved no reason for them to withhold my deposit. I've emailed and called them and recieved no reply back. Very unprofessional and illegal.
Do not rent from them if you value your sanity! We did not have power for 7 days because they did not get the proper inspection done BEFORE allowing us to rent the property. We asked if we could pay the fee to get the inspection done, but could not because it had to come from OmniKey. Again, this needed to be done before allowing renters in the property. Leaving a review everywhere I can for this horrible business in hopes I can save one person from the nightmare we went through!! Please please do not rent from these people. Nothing good to say never repaired things in a timely matter and when then did it was done horrible and never correct! Now they found ways to take our entire deposit when the entire house needed a overhaul before we got there. Shame on you omnikey!
