I am a recently married young professional -my husband and I have been renting from Omnibus for almost a year and plan to rent the same unit for a couple more years. PROS: We love Sherry and Allison -they are always pleasant to talk with and really care that we are happy in our apartment. The maintenance staff (Monitor) are FANTASTIC! Awful Customer Service – They seemed friendly at first but once move in time came, they are horrible to work with. I called to check on when I would be receiving my security deposit back and got snapped at and hung up on. I still have yet to get my deposit back and I am very disappointed with service. Now that I am not paying rent anymore they don't seem at all compelled to be courteous or have a professional telephone conversation

Very Happy with them – I've rented from Omnibus for the last 12 months and overall have had very pleasant experience. I found Sherry and Allison both very nice and easy to work with. Last winter my apartment was absolutely freezing. When I mentioned the problem to Allison she had maintenance come and seal the windows the very next day, and when that wasn't enough she sent them back and they fixed the issue quickly. Worst company to rent from – Watch your ass with these people (well, mainly Sherry, everyone else seems fairly normal). They are so slick the second it comes time to get your deposit back. Like the others on this site, I had photographs and a move in form detailing the things that were wrong with the apartment, which was signed by Sherry. She walked through with me and okayed every item on it. When move out came, however, suddenly I was accused of lying. It was almost impossible to get a walk through appointment. Best Property Management Experience! – We put three children through the University of Colorado and had the best experience with The Omnibus Group. These people were excellent to work with and very helpful. We would highly reccommend.

A truly great experience! – I rented a place from Omnibus my last year in Boulder before graduating college and starting the "real world". They renewed my faith in property management groups and landlords. I believed they were all just out to take advantage of college students but Omnibus changed all that. Their service and professionalism was a great comfort and nice change to years past. Many thanks to them for a great place to live in my last year in Boulder. And yes, I too agree, Boulder is very expensive!

Wonderful Renting Experience – I rented a really nice apartment in central Boulder from Omnibus for 2 years and it was a great rental experience. The people at the office were very courtesy and professional. Always promptly returned my phone calls. If something broke or needed any maintenance they were very quick to have it repaired or replaced. They were fair when it came to any financial dealings and were very organized with both their billing and deposit payback. Overall it was a great place to live that was well managed.... read more

They were great!! – I don't understand what these other people are saying. I rented from Omnibus Group for 2 1/2 years and I don't have a single bad thing to say about them. The girls in the office were always very friendly and helpful and even when it came to breaking my lease, they helped me find a renter for my apartment! Omnibus Horrible!!! – Horrible, mean-spirited, nasty people. Filthy sublet which I thankfully got out of. Dumb & Dumber of Real Estate Management - (I use the term "management" loosely - these gals can barely manage to cross the street) but with a really abusive streak. Run for the hills - Do Not Rent from these rotten people!
