Great location, staff friendly and very helpful, very clean and extremely great location
Stayed here for business and a bit of pleasure. Great location at a decent price. Yet, they allow dogs and had a barking dog next to us all night......how crazy is that for 4 Star Hotel. If you need to get up early for meetings in the City you might want to consider the Marriott instead. No dogs.
The people here are so great and polite. They are also so quick to respond on everything that you would or might need to be done. This place is such a gem.
Lovely Stay
The swans are calming. The Black Swan comes alive with wedding parties and networking events. This place is an oldie but a goodie for the Galleria area.
Beds are nice, service sucks! – I have stayed here on business for 4 straight years and only the second one did I not have to argue with the establishment over services, overcharging or even the knowlege that the Waterplace room can not be accessed via the loading dock. It seems that the customer is never right with them and it takes alot of arguing and threats for them to fix stuff.
