My appointment time was changed to earlier the morning of my appointment- I tried to make the earlier appointment, and called in route that I was running late. My appointment was then cancelled, which was frustrating. The front desk staff was indifferent and punitive. When I asked if she could help connect me with another possible appointment in the St Johns network, she made a sarcastic remark but then relented and made a phone call, hence 2 stars instead of 1.
First I want to start off by saying that the stuff here are very professional and caring. They took the time to make sure that I was taking care of. This isnt one of those places where your voice isnt it heard. Going there it is. It is so nice to still see there are doctors and staff that really care about your well being. Great Job to everyone there and it is VERY nice to know that I have them as my primary doctor.
