Company stole the design from the original manufacturer. They claim to be the Australian branch of that company, but they have no actual connection to "Omnitables". Just lower quality product, but sold for the same price.
I initially contacted a different company that sold Omni tables because they offered a voucher at a seminar I attended. Unfortunately, the voucher they offered was invalid, but the bigger frustration was that they would just stop responding to correspondence. My concern was that if it was this difficult to get a reply when I’m trying to give them money, what happens if there is a problem and I need to talk to them. Ordered a new set of replacement pads and Omni australia were quick in delivering, and provided expert advice and instruction videos. Super happy with the result and if you’re looking for a chiropractic table and great service highly recommend Omni Tables Australia
