I don’t recommend this place for anyone. The reasons are the management company doesn’t fixed anything in their properties. Also, the environment at the apartment complex is very unsafe and unstable. The landlord doesn’t care the safety and welfare towards others. Furthermore, the company doesn’t practice the fair housing acts towards any tenants.
I only gave them 1star because I had to give them some type of rating. I have never had to deal with such unprofessional people. I don't understand why anyone would hire these people to run their property. You would be lucky to catch anyone in the office EVER. You will probably never get a call back, they have no maintenance staff and the one man they have is a pill popping thief. Stay far away from anything having to do with this company!!!!!!!
