Rachel has actually been helpful through the moving out process but beware of Abigail and any communication you may need to have with her. Always “unavailable” anytime you call in or her assistant says she is as they’d rather not have any phone communication nor ever call back. Just very unpleasant people period. Blocked my car in when I park here. Even in blank spots. No smiles, and unfriendly approach. EVEN when not being a person who is attending their building. “Yet another person who we don’t have in our system” because you are unfriendly to people who don’t work with you! If you don’t like what people have to say, change it! A lot of the reply’s are very back handed. Don’t have to attend your establishment to have know, just read the other reviews!
If i can rate negative star, i’ll do. My parents in law had very awful experience with this management company. -They make up the maintenance fee -Telling lie to steal money of both tenant & owners -Unverified contract My dad’s getting old and don’t have experience to social media so that’s why they just picked a vendor near the home and this’s the WORSE company you need to avoid.
OMNI mgmt (Rachel, Dan, and the staff) have been solid since taking over mgmt of the rental property. Responsive and courteous. Work orders have been completed in a timely fashion with care. Def upgrade from previous prpty mgmt companies.
