Omni Management is a poorly managed company who’s only redeeming feature is their maintenance team. The office staff is difficult to contact. If you try to call them, they are blatantly rude, pushing you to email them even though their emails are not available without first calling. And that’s if you manage to reach them at all. This property management company has been awful to deal with. Maintenance issues regularly go unresolved for months or even years, and management is often defensive and hostile when tenants bring them up. The basement electrical system constantly blows, and instead of fixing it, they removed access to half of the laundry machines. We’ve had broken windows and cracks in the walls from old plaster that have gone unrepaired for years. Hot water and heat outages are also common. Rented a townhome in Beaverton area through Rachael who is the fore front of Omni Management. We are so glad to say that entire lease term was such a pleasant experience. Every single maintenance request was answered, be rest assured when your request reaches Rachael it is bound to get resolved swiftly that includes getting locked out of place at 1 AM(Sigh… not our proudest moment).
