Communication in this office is horrible. Leave a message and you don't get a call back. Wait times for appointments horrible. I started taking the 1st appointment slot and staff/dr are late showing up for work so still waited 45 minutes to an hour past appointment time. My time too is important. This has happened more than once. I began leaving and rescheduling once I reached the 15 min mark past appointment. When I was seen for the first time I saw Dr Heider only to never see him again for future appointments.
I looked for months for a pain management Dr because I moved here from another state. I called the number and spoke with a Mr. Mustafa and explained to him about my medical history and how important it was for me to continue care. I have a very serious condition from childhood and been under Dr's care since I was a child. All of my medical records were sent. A Dr. Haider was supposed to see me.
