went to this salon on Saturday evening around 5:30 pm for a shellac color change. The experience was very disappointing. After asking me to sit, the technician showed me a color palette. When I requested to see another one, she seemed uninterested, responded harshly, and rushed me to pick a color. She cut my nails but applied polish without washing them, and the result was uneven — each nail is a different shape. They take their time doing your nails even if it’s just a 30$ manicure. They’re also very kind. Great service. Edit: i went to get my nails done recently and they said they’d do crystal gel for me, I got a french tip too. It ended up being 75$, which is ridiculously expensive but I was happy with the work so I let it go. I went home afterwards and googled what Crystal gel is, they didn’t even give me that, they gave me an ACRYLIC overlay after I explicitly asked for gel. I payed 75$ for an acrylic overlay….
