Staff gets defensive when you want to know where it is exactly your money is going , and multiple places do the same service for cheaper I just found out with some research. Highly recommend using a different company than Omni
You couldn't ask for a better family to do business with than them! Always polite, professional, and caring. Grateful for them due to my health situation! Doctor's have said "I don't know what you're doing, but it's working!". This is how I fight stage 4 cancer from returning! Thank you Omni for being my doctor and such a wonderful staff to work with when questions arise.
The person I spoke with last year and the year before was incredibly abrasive and lacking in bedside manner. So much so that it triggered my anxiety. Omni is also expensive. I recertified elsewhere and it was only $40. Omni does provide good information and the telemed option is very convenient. They need to work on delivery.
