Dr. Kay has been my primary since 96'. Can't say enough about the customer service and excellent care from Dr. Kay & Staff.
I started using OMNI Medical as my primary approximately three years ago. My doctor had passed away and I was unsure what to do. Dr. Kay and his PA's and staff made me feel right at home and addressed my needs. Never have a problem getting an appointment, being referred when necessary, etc. Definitely made the right decision. I had over 20 years in the medical field.....and found OMNI to be great.
I brought my 3 year old in for an ear infection. Everyone in the office was friendly and very nice to my very chatty boy. Dr. Kay was great with him too! thanks!
Despite it being late on a Friday afternoon, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Incredibly fast service, much quicker than the ER
