I worked for them for a short time and what I got out of it was the supervisors are very inexperienced and arrogant. I tried making suggestions about how to do things by code and they would shoot it down and complain that it would take too long and to just do it how they say to do it. All I ever heard on the job was we were behind yet if you asked for something you needed they would ask 20 questions on why you need it and if you went and got it yourself they would complain about you not being in your work area. Meghan was knowledgeable and professional and resolved the problem with my furnace quickly.
Tom was prompt on the phone. Sent Meghan B. to us to see why our A/C unit wasn't working. She diagnosed the problem (a blown fuse) within minutes but didn't stop there. She wanted to know why the fuse blew in the first place. After several other tests she determined a capacitor was on its way out. Replaced that as well. Professional, thoughtful, and kind. From the first call until the unit was fixed was about 2.5 hours. Can't recommend OMNI, Meghan, and Tom enough.
