We had a great experiene with the Omni. Well, actually we started off by dealing with Alex and was not a good experience but Johnny stepped in and took care of everything. Ashlee was wonderful. She was very pleasant and helped me with our rooms. I would highly recommend staying at the Omni Majestic. We had 15 rooms and eveyone had nothing but good things to say about the Omni. The rooms are wonderful and breakfast was great! Thank you Johnny and Ashlee for everything!!
We had a great experience at this hotel located in St. Louis. The service was amazing; the staff is very available and friendly. For our whole stay we enjoyed and really appreciated the staff there, it was a wonderful stay. Hospitality was once again GREAT! We surely recommend this hotel if you are visiting St. Louis, MO.

What a beautiful hotel! My room was amazing - I felt like I was in Europe and the staff was wonderful. The concierge even offered to drive me to the nearest mall! I could not have asked for a better experience!
We read all of these great reviews on travel yahoo so we decided to stay at the omni hotel. we were not as impressed as everyone else. we spent \$225 for a wednesday night. the hotel is beautiful but everything else was horrible. the two beds were full size beds. there was no microwave or fridge in the room. no pop machines on site and all stores within walking distance close early in evening so couldnt walk to get a bottle water. hotel charges \$6 for a bottle of water. there is valet parking however it is required and ther... read more
The rooms were spacious, clean, and newly decorated. The staff were outstanding, providing prompt and courteous service. The king bed was perfect and difficult to roll out of in the morning. Finally, the hotel is situated in the middle of numerous outstanding restaurants and sporting venues. If youre looking for over-the-top luxury, try the Hyatt. But for a great weekend that wont injure your conscience or pocket-book, the Omni Majestic is the perfect place. See you again next year.
Had a seminar to attend in St Louis and decided to stay at this hotel. Beautifully elegant with a touch of class to it. It is a historical hotel downtown and easily accessible to Union Station and several of the main attractions.The rooms were big with huge down comforters and pillows.
