I was there in Feb 2026. I posted the review below at that time, and the owner just responded today on 23 Aug 2026 and my post is now deleted. In their reply the owner tells me to explain why the price was so high. I have no idea why I was charged $45 to change a $3 battery. The discussion is posed below: Paul: This store just charged me $45.20 to put in a battery into a $35 timex watch. The battery costs about $3 on Amazon.ca. They also could not do it on the spot. Customer service here is a complete and utter disgrace. I will never set foot in this place again for as long as I live. The person behind the counter wasn’t just rude, they were arrogantly, openly contemptuous, acting like they were somehow better than me. Why do you even run a business when you don't know how to treat your customers? It’s genuinely baffling that anyone this incompetent at basic human interaction is allowed to run (or work in) a business. SMH.
