Excellent service. On time, extremely thorough, with not only recommendations for the buyer/seller to negotiate but suggestions for future considerations. I was extremely impressed and have never witnessed such a thorough inspection.

Chris was a huge help in buying a home. I can't be appreciative enough, he was thorough & professional. I hired him to do a home inspection, but when I was having issues getting financing, he visited the house 6 times gathering information the bank requested. All without even bringing up extra payment. He certainly goes above and beyond what is asked, and has great pride in his work. I'd suggest him to anyone.
