I certainly did not have the same excellent experience like other patients report. I went for a primary care patient appointment for a referral for a colonoscopy. It’s such a devastating disease you would think the referral would have been completed in a timely manner. I never received a call from a specialist. I made at least 2 additional calls to Omnicare Suntree/Viera and even provided a specialist in-network on the second call who would perform the procedure. Again, no referral was sent. Had an appointment that took 3 weeks to get. They texted the day before to sign in. Filled out the information. When we showed up the next day, which was 30 minutes from where we live, we were asked if we got a call from them. No, why? Because the insurance changed and they no longer accept it. Well thanks for making sure!!!! No voicemail or no other calls. Lady at the front didn’t apologize or anything. Wasted my gas and time !!
