This was my first time here and I doubt I'll be returning. The Dr. Felsinger or her staff must not care about her patients as it's been 2 days since my appointment and my script still has yet to be called in. It's now the weekend so I'm hoping by Monday, 4 days later I'll be set. When I call they tell me that it could take up to 48 hours for my script to be called in. Which is ridiculous! I go to CHEAP doctors and receive better care with immediate referrals and scripts being called in. I figured Omni would be better but boy... read more

My wife loves her doctor but for 2 days the after hours message has been on during business hours so you can't call the practice. In addition to that she's been waiting on a referral to be sent to a dr to get a biopsy done and she been getting the run all-round for over a month. It's not the Dr herself. Dr. Fellsinger is amazing it's her new staff that she has that are incompetent and should not be working in the medical field because they clearly have no urgency in them.
