When my youngest son Riley has a therapist through Omni. His name was Johnathan..he always bribe me son with food and candy...I am sorry your therapy didn't know how to handle a kid with autism and who has outburst. This business is extremely unprofessional in the front office. I was left waiting over 30 days for an answer as to whether or not they would give me services. No one ever returned my calls I had to constantly call them and when I finally became upset over their unprofessional demeanor they couldn't have been happier to end the cal. This company will not go out of their way to help potential patients.
One of if not thee worst therapy office in philadelphia and its surrounding areas. The vibe inside is extremely eerie, dreary, and negative, it's far from welcoming or somewhere you'd want to be to feel safe and comfortable. The therapist I had was absolutely no help to me. She misunderstood me and left me with nothing to work with each session we had. The new front desk, girl that they have there is very nasty very rude and argumentative she should be reprimanded for her behavior. Did the problem with the incompetence of information is despicable. There is no communication between the doctors and the receptionist. The front desk person is coolest and then has an attitude with you when you ask questions I was just on the phone with her.
