I truly feel like Ryan and everyone at Omni have changed my life. There can be a lot of anxiety surrounding going to a new gym or getting back on your fitness journey after falling off for a while, but not here. While I'm not a personal training client, I frequent Omni Fitness for their epic events like their annual Bootcamp & Brunch. Each event, I leave with knowledge and skills that I add to my regular workout routine. I take a little bit of Omni with me everywhere I go, and you should too. Definitely give them a try even if it's just for an event.
Omni fitness creates an incredible experience focused on overall wellbeing tailored to each persons needs. Ryan is a dedicated coach who is educated and listens to each of his clients specifics needs while motivating and challenging each person to ensure improved wellness. I would highly recommend Omni Fitness as their focus on community impact, respect for people, knowledgeable staff and servant leadership sets them apart from the rest.
Omni Fitness is such a special community. The intentionality placed on total wellness is a beautiful breath of fresh air.
