Dr Rao and her staff are amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better Doctor and staff! My son has gotten the best care from them! They truly care and have the best of interests for him and his health! Dr. Rao goes over an beyond for her patients!
Front office staff was kind and helpful. NP Kaur was kind, she listened, and I didn’t have to convince her of what I needed. She took her time and I did not feel rushed. Very happy with my appointment and the staff.
Its a shame D.Walias is leaving because its the only redeeming thing about this place. I feel bad for all the medical users as this is one of the few clinics that take it. But my self have private insurance but was hung up on multiple times, delayed in appointments and just spoke down to as not deserving because they were busy. The final straw came yesterday and today where I got called by the nurse to set up a telehealth appointment. I set it up at 9 am to avoid more disruption in my work.
