Came in as a walk in to get my son’s vaccines done. They were not able to get them done so they scheduled me 15 minutes away to a different spot. I drove all the way over there just to get a call in the parking lot saying they couldn’t fill it out for my son. He needs vaccines for school which starts next week. I tried scheduling an appointment and they said he isn’t due till December so they can’t. And anything sooner is month after I need the vaccines. I have become a new patient as of January 2026 I have been trying to get an appointment for a physical with the doctor listed on my insurance card it is now August and to no avail has anyone been able to give me an appointment. I had two virtual appointments and ask for an August 19th appointment just to find out it was never scheduled. I have never talked or seen the doctor that is listed on my insurance card and I am very frustrated.
