I called OMNI for guidance, left my number for call back, doubting they would call back, "Gues what? Front staff lady was horribly rude. The ophthalmologist was good. I’ve never felt so upset for the way the staff spoke to me. It was close to 5pm and they acted extremely inconvenienced by me being there and looking at glasses.

If I could I would rate Omni -2. The dentist I wanted was in my insurance list of providers. So I made an appointment with her in one of her Omni locations. I went to my appointment. The questionnaire probed me with some very personally invasive questions about my sexuality and what I did for a living that I found totally unnecessary. While I was filling all this out, the secretary checked my insurance and found out that it wasn't going to pay for my dentist at that Omni location; it didn't take HMOs there.
