I see Justin Tran NP, he's a nice guy, but I'm having issues with getting my medications on time, and I have had to explain every month that a 30 day supply isn't a months supply, and the medication I'm missing, I take to sleep and still hasn't been called in and it's going on 7 days without that medication, and four days with minimal sleep I call the pharmacy and all I hear are exuses, I call Justin's office and I get no answer, so no accountability and no one takes responsibility, and it's impossible to get them to do anyt... read more

Very disorganized and unprofessional. I had several problems with the entire office at the family health center on Niles over a course of one year. That also includes, the pharmacy, referral department, and the phone staff when you call the universal 1-800 number line. I have placed a formal complaints with the 1-800 number about my concerns. for omni dental section at 6700 Niles St in Bakersfield. I am still experiencing pain and sensitivity in the lower right and upper left areas that I was concerned about previously. While I understand some soreness can occur, I would feel more comfortable if the dentist could re-examine those teeth carefully to ensure there are no missed cavities or issues with the fillings.
