Very disorganized and unprofessional. I had several problems with the entire office at the family health center on Niles over a course of one year. That also includes, the pharmacy, referral department, and the phone staff when you call the universal 1-800 number line. I have placed a formal complaints with the 1-800 number about my concerns. for omni dental section at 6700 Niles St in Bakersfield. I am still experiencing pain and sensitivity in the lower right and upper left areas that I was concerned about previously. While I understand some soreness can occur, I would feel more comfortable if the dentist could re-examine those teeth carefully to ensure there are no missed cavities or issues with the fillings. This peoples they are not professionals l called to set up an appointment for my daughter an they told me is going to take one month because it is a lot of patients after one month they call me just to told my appointment for my daughter is been canceled because they said I never called to set up an appointment this people they are a joker’s

Long appointment wait time just to have your appointment canceled a week before. Very inconvenient Much better options out there!
