I made 2 appointments for today with Omni. When I got to my 2nd appointment, Dora said it wasn't covered. Only 1 per day. My insurance confirmed it is covered then Dora rudely said "well we go by Omni policy", then her manager Martha called me. Martha said same thing and would not check me in. She was also rude. Now she is checking coverage again after it was already confirmed. Sitting here waiting. Bad service and no professionalism.

Staff was very kind very efficient and quick. Dr Patel was amazing. He took the time to go over all of my test results was very thorough.He also gave me the opportunity to ask questions. By far the best physician that I have encountered with OMNI Family Health over the entire time that I have been with them. Thank you Dr. Patel for showing true compassion for your patients. You are the gold standard in how a physician should act and treat their patients. May God bless your future and all your endeavors going forward
