I am a current patient of Dr. B and I see him as well as the other providers there. I like the clinic. The staff is courteous, especially when as the patient, you are also courteous-just like everyone should be. I like the providers there and I am always treated with respect and kindness. If you are getting a different experience, perhaps you should look in the mirror and ask yourself if YOU were the one being rude and they were just responding in kind. Been there for about 6 years and I don't plan on changing.

I have been a patient with Dr. B and my family. He is a wonderful caring doctor. Dr. B has provided services for me for the last 12 years and has given me the best treatments and advice. He acknowledges his patients and his son also a doctor is awesome. Patients need to have paience. Waiting ishalf the battle. But the outcome is worth wait. Caring doctors are hard to find these days. Keep up the good work Bautista Medical Group
Dr Aguilar is the worst doctor I've ever seen – Dr. Aguilar, the younger, was incredibly unhelpful after a 2 hour+ wait. Though I sought help in reducing the benzos I was previously prescribed, once I described at length the severe pain in my jaw, he offered no relief, suggesting only xrays (resonable if I could afford them now; but how about the pain, doc?), and "maybe it'll go away." Iv been going to Dr.b since 2001.. he has been there wit me trew all mi bad timez.. I really believe tht I would not have made it this far if not for him. An over the yrs I have seen many different nurses an doctorz come an go.. an I really mizz the gewd ones.. like Maria who use to run the front desk.... Ruben one of the male nurses awes hes funny always makes me lol.. an I'm knw see Dr.b son Dr. Juan.. juzt like his dad they make yu fell at home almost..warm welcoming ppl there.. I could never see any voter doctor
Good doctors – I am a CURRENT patient at this medical group and had to reply to the old reviews. I don't know what happened with the previous MA's. I say previous because the Assistants they have now are quite professional. The front desk is courteous and attentive every time i go there. My illness has brought me to my knees and they have been very good to me. They do not prescribe potentially addictive pain medication to anyone and will refer to someone else if that's what you need. Better staff – I am not happy about the ASSistant Sandra I believe was her name I think this rude women is new to the office. Also the other chubby girl in the office are very rude to me when I take my husband for his sick time. These assistants or nurses are being "too friendly" to my 17 year old son when I come take my husband. best team of doctors and worst unprofessional staff – my dad is old pt. with Dr. Bautista, doesnot go to see him due to rude staff. got sick and I took him there after one year, the front desk staff was horrible,very rude, that made me very mad.but once my dad was seen I was impressed with Dr. jaspreet, she apolozied for staff's rude bahaviour and took excellant care of my dad.
