It was super quick and organized. I knew what was going on the whole time. The doctor really listened to me and made sure I was getting the answers I need.
The call center/ scheduling is so so annoying to speak with. Anytime I call I speak to someone they have no idea what I’m saying, and likewise I can barely understand their accents. It’s so frustrating. One of the agents asked me to spell out my sentence because he couldn’t understand me.
I waited for almost 3 hours for my via tel appointment and the Doctor never showed up. Omni never called me back regarding this situation. I am very disappointed
