A bit Disappointed – The hotel staff are friendly and accomodationg unless a problem arises and then a lesson in service recovery would probably be beneficial. We asked for a wake up call but did not receive one. Because we woke up late, my husband had about 15 minutes to shave, shower and leave for a business meeting. I called the front desk to inform of the missed wake up call and ask about any type of express breakfast options for my husband only. Wow...What a value! – I have stayed in hotels around the country and have never found a more attentive and hospitable staff! The Omni Park West has quickly become one of my most favorite of all hotels...from the moment I drove up to the entry (the lobby is beautiful...especially in the evening!)...to the moment I left... Rooms are very comfortable...nice amentities throughout...wireless internet access a nice surprise...and free if you have your own wireless card!!...Dovers Grille food and wine list superb! Wonderful Meeting – We hosted our annual meeting last week at the Park West and had a wonderful time. The service in our awards dinner was excellant and the staff was there for everything we needed. The Chef prepared an outstanding meal and the dessert was second to none. We will be back next year!!
Outstanding Dinner – I stay at the Omni Park West when I travel to Dallas and had the opportunity to try Dover's Grille for dinner tonight. The service was the best I've had in Dallas and my entree, the Chilian Samon was terrific. I'll definitely make this a must have when I'm in Dallas!
GREAT Property! – I stay at the Omni Park West frequently because it's such a phenomenal hotel. The staff could not be any more accomodating and the facility is beautiful. Not to mention Dover's Grille, the restaurant on site, is absolutly fabulous.
