As someone that used to work in the hotel industry, I’m very forgiving and it’s hard for me to give a bad review, however ownership needs to put some serious investment into the building. Everything is so outdated. The phones in the hotel don’t even work and just give a busy signal. Apparently you’re supposed to press 0, but how would anyone know that? The WiFi didn’t work. My AC wasn’t cooling and wanted to give kudos for Carlos who came in and got it to cool but the fan still didn't seem to work right. Carpet is peeling up... read more
