Stayed for one night, and it was pretty good. There seemed to be a musty smell in the beginning, but it didn't bother us much later (went off or we got accustomed?). Bed was a bit soft (I like hard), but I slept well. Overall good experience.
Words can’t express the amazing hospitality, customer service, excellence, and pure joy I experienced meeting Guru and Amanda. They are by far the best front desk concierge/operators for check in at any hotel in Dallas I have met. Marriott management/leadership. You have two excellent gems, they deserve all the praise, a raise, and treated with excellence. I will definitely be back and it is thanks to these two amazing individuals. Thank you very much!
