So the service was impeccable we loved everyone there staff was so nice and helpful. The location was very good to your like almost in the middle of everything so it was sOOOO niceee. The rooms were very clean the only thing I wish is that the AC worked a little better that was the only big thing for me is that I wanted it really cold we were in room 308 so idk if it's different on other floors but in our room it was a little hot on the lowest setting but everything else I loveddd

Excellent Experience overall. Everyone is very professional SPECIAL Sra. Ayla she is very professional,happy and always smiling. The way she treated me and my wife was on another level. Only one complaint is about outside hotel walls and ceiling pool need to be cleaned and all room outside windows glass are dirty. But I recommend this hotel very friendly.

The staff was amazing and every problem was solved immediately and with care. Our room ac wasnt as strong as we needed so they brought us a fan to help cool us down more.

Nice large conference and ball rooms. Clean hotel overall. A casual Marriott older build. No valet paid parking structure and lot. Close to highway

The good first. The location is not too bad, not packed into the crazy Dallas traffic, door dash delivers to this location and there is a good number of places nearby, close to a lot. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Don't let the beautiful lobby fool you (It likely will)... When I stayed here 2 other peers stayed here too, their rooms being on different floors too. All the same story. The AC points at a wall not into the room and never cools down the room at all.
