RecommendedThe service here was excellent! We were treated first class and the atmosphere was magical.
We enjoyed a Florida Suite on the 14th floor. The room was recently renovated and had beautiful views! The room was very spacious with a separate bedroom with huge bathroom, living and dining area with a pullout couch, half bath, two mini refrigerators, microwave and two balconies! My room was filthy (toe nail clippings in the floor) and my diamond ring was stolen from my room. I have been given the run-around about everything! I do NOT recommend this place! I can’t get corporate to return my call! Crappy way to run a business.

The room was filthy, had toe nail clippings next to the bed. When we complained about the room, we came back and the room was still filthy and someone had stolen my wife’s engagement ring. Three different managers lied to me and the county sheriff told me one of the managers impeded his investigation Got home and corporate will not return my calls.

We LOVED our stay here and will be back! The pools and lazy river were perfect, the resort was very clean and safety conscious. The staff was so friendly. Thank you to Allison and Rene at the front, and Shannon at the pool! Y’all made our little getaway phenomenal. We will see y’all again!

My family and I stayed here 2 weekends ago. It was horrible from the time we got there. Broken gate arms locking us in and no one answering the “help” button which required us to run in the pouring rain and find help! Then the ice machine was broken on our floor. After being told by the front desk no mask were required outside, the towel hut workers OUTSIDE were rude slamming “MASK required” signs down in front of me. Our family had a great time. The staff is friendly and the hotel was beautiful! Our room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. We will return for sure. I would recommend a cleaning of the cups around the lazy river. People visiting really didn’t respect the area, that isn’t the hotels fault though.
