Our dinner at David’s was pretty bad. The restaurant was so cold it was unbearable. Four people from our party had to leaving during dinner to get jackets and most of us left with our desert to go because it was miserable. The temperature wasn’t the only thing to ruin dinner, our waitress was terrible and should not be in the hospitality industry. We had an issue that required the manager at David’s and he wasn’t helpful nor did he handle the problem well, not sure hospitality is his calling. For your food prices, which are ... read more

One of my favorite get away spots not far from home. We had the pleasure of meeting Shannon (pool waitress at adult pool)during this last stay and she was amazing!!!! She made sure everyone was taken care of and was so attentive and friendly. In no time, everyone around the pool took to her and was happy to see her. Never had better wait staff anywhere. She is definitely an asset to the Omni. Even got to try one of her hometown (Irish) drinks she recommended and it’s one of my new favorites!
We did a day pass at the resort...we didn’t stay at the hotel ...everything was fabulous at the resort..the lazy river, the wave pool! Etc. Had a blast we went twice!!!
They did everything and more to make our girls get away so enjoyable!! Such a friendly and giving staff ! I will be back !! For sure!!

First time my wife and I had been to Omni Resort - everything from the initial entrance to the rooms, to the pools and amenities, to the staff was amazing! Everyone was helpful and nice. Everything was easy to find. The rooms were beautiful, especially the Mardi Gras sweet on the 2nd floor — spectacular view from the balcony! Food was great as well. I definitely recommend getting out there and spending a weekend getaway or longer at the Omni! You will enjoy it and feel relaxed when it’s time to come home.
